Our Younger Mothers Uncovered is a group for mothers under the age of 26. It was developed following an intergenerational project we ran, where the participants expressed a need for a group for young mums facilitated by younger mums. It follows a similar format to our Mothers Uncovered groups of exploring motherhood using creative methods, like collage, journaling and art.

‘I got to work through things I didn’t know I needed to! I have had the supported space to talk about things in young motherhood that I hadn’t spoken about before.’
