Peer Support online monthly sessions for parents and carers of SEND children.

Groups exist for families of children with SEND, but these tend to focus on the children. SEND parents lead complex, multi-faceted lives centred around their child(ren).

It is difficult to find likeminded people with whom to share the very specific challenges involved in parenting a child with SEND. Our focus will be on providing peer support and a safe space for parents, with its focus firmly on the parent, rather than the child(ren). While discussion related to the child(ren) is welcomed, we would like each parent to know that there is also a space for their needs.
